Landmark Ford Rental Vehicles

Rental Policies: At the time of the vehicle rental, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement that may include any additional policies or details.

To rent a vehicle from Landmark, you must be at least 25 years of age.

The person signing the rental contract must provide his/her valid drivers license, major credit card (no prepaid, or preloaded even if customer name is imprinted on card), and valid auto insurance. All information must how the same personal information.

An authorization hold must be processed on the credit card prior to releasing the rental. The hold must be on the credit card of the person signing the contract. No check or cash or splitting the authorization on multiple cards. The authorization must be a minimum of $250. If the estimate of the rental is over $100 then the authorization is the estimate plus $150. (i.e $200 estimate = $350 hold on the credit card).

Hourly Rates: Hourly rate rentals are not to exceed 4 hours, or it will be charged at the daily rate.

Reservation Policy: Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance. Some vehicles and/or dates may require a non-refundable deposit.

Fuel Policy: All Landmark rental vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, there will be a refueling charge added to your rental bill. Current refueling rates are posted in the rental office.

One-Way Rental Policy: One-way rentals are not available.
